Trial terms
- 1The offer is available to eligible business organizations after a sales engineer reviews the proposed use case and Accentrust approves the trial in writing. An approved trial lasts at least 30 days. Booking or attending a demo does not guarantee approval or activate access. The offer may not be transferred or combined with another promotion unless Accentrust agrees in writing.
- 2Accentrust’s written confirmation sets the approved dates, scope, users, feature access, usage limits, data requirements, support, and setup responsibilities. Trial access may be used only for the approved evaluation. The customer remains responsible for invited users, submitted data, required notices or consents, and compliance with its own policies.
- 3The trial does not automatically renew or convert to a paid subscription, and no payment is charged without a separate order or agreement. Access ends when the approved term expires unless Accentrust extends it in writing or the customer enters a paid agreement. Production use, implementation services, and other commercial commitments require separate agreement.
- 4Trial use is subject to Accentrust’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Accentrust may suspend or end access for misuse, fraud, security risk, legal requirements, or breach of the confirmed terms. Accentrust may change or withdraw the offer for future applicants; a trial already confirmed in writing will not be shortened except as required by law, needed to protect security or correct error or fraud, or agreed with the customer.
