Add bank, card, and cash accounts

Add accounts from the Accounts hub and pick type: bank, card, or cash. Every account uses the consistent 260pt card layout with gradients, icons, and 30-day activity.

Enter native currency and billing cycle (for cards) so repayment reminders and insights land on the right dates. Each balance displays currency codes to avoid ambiguity.

Use themed icons instead of flags for a clean, modern look. 30-day income/expense stats appear on every account card to keep quick checks simple.
