The initial paid active seat count sets the gift value. The tiers below show the applicable gift value before the subscription begins. The offer is built into the qualifying order, with no promo code or points program.

Promotion terms
- 1This offer is available only while this promotion is displayed on Figena’s pricing page. It applies to eligible new business customers whose first qualifying Professional or Enterprise annual subscription is purchased directly from Accentrust, accepted, and paid. Eligibility and the applicable terms are confirmed when Accentrust accepts the qualifying order. The gift tier is based on paid active seats in that initial order. Only the highest qualifying tier applies; tiers do not stack. Later seat additions do not increase the tier unless Accentrust confirms a revised qualifying order in writing. One gift is available per customer or workspace, and related entities, workspaces, or coordinated orders may be treated as one customer.
- 2Payment must be successful, and the subscription must remain active, paid, and in good standing through issuance. The gift will be issued within 90 days after the subscription begins. Cancellation, refund, chargeback, suspension for non-payment, or a seat reduction below the qualifying tier before issuance may reduce the gift or end eligibility. Accentrust may request the information reasonably needed to confirm the order, recipient authorization, organizational approval, regional availability, and delivery details.
- 3The maximum value is US$500. The offer has no cash value and may not be sold, assigned, transferred, or combined with another offer unless Accentrust agrees in writing. Gift-card options are subject to issuer terms and regional availability. If a selected option is unavailable, Accentrust may provide an equivalent-value gift card denominated in local currency or another non-cash gift of approximately equal value. Apple and Starbucks do not sponsor, administer, or endorse this offer and are not affiliated with Accentrust.

Accentrust may verify eligibility, deny suspected fraud or misuse, and change or withdraw the offer for future orders.
