Figena is Accentrust’s AI-native enterprise SaaS platform for finance and business operations. We’re building it around a simple ambition: let people express the goal, and let software help carry the work forward. Cilila AI is central to that experience.
Work starts with a goal.
Businesses work toward outcomes. Yet people still translate those outcomes into forms, move information between tools, and coordinate every handoff. We believe enterprise software should take on more of that work.
Give the goal a place to start.
A new client project means a scope, a budget, responsibilities, and a next step. The work belongs together, even when the software divides it into separate screens.
We want people to explain what needs to happen, with software using what the business already knows to help move it forward.
Figena is the platform. Cilila connects intent and action.
Figena holds the business records, relationships, and workflows. Cilila AI works with that context to understand questions, prepare actions, and carry out supported tasks.
We design AI into how work begins and progresses across the platform, so people spend less time reconstructing context and repeating routine steps.

Our aim is to reduce repeated input and routine coordination, so your attention goes to choices, changes, and exceptions.

Permissions, business rules, and activity records give AI a defined place to act. Supported routine work can proceed when policy allows; actions that need approval wait for it.
