Start your Figena workspace

From the first launch, pick whether this workspace is personal or business so ledgers and reports stay isolated. Set a base currency and time zone now—budgets, insights, and recurring items will inherit these defaults.

Turn on Face ID/Touch ID and passcode lock to protect data at rest. If you use multiple devices, confirm iCloud is signed in with the same Apple ID so CloudKit can sync encrypted records automatically.

Invite collaborators only if they need shared access; each person keeps a separate encryption scope tied to their device keys.
