Manage access, export, or delete your data

Review active devices under Settings → Security. Remove any device you no longer trust; it will lose decryption keys immediately.

To export data, use the export tools—this creates an encrypted file you control. For full deletion, request “Delete workspace”; the app will wipe local keys and trigger removal of CloudKit records.

If you collaborate, assign the smallest set of permissions needed and audit access monthly.
