Standardize categories before inviting collaborators. You can nest categories and lock those that power budgets to prevent accidental edits.

Tags are flexible—use them for projects, clients, or reimbursement codes. Filters in Insights respect both tags and ledgers.

If you rename a ledger or switch base currency, Figena re-calculates derived metrics without changing source values.
